Personal training built for real life.
Finding the right personal trainer is a process.
Like any service, there is someone for everyone, but that doesn’t mean everyone is for everyone. My barber does a great job on my hair. I don’t think he would do quite as well with my wife’s hair, and that’s okay!
I’ve been an athlete my whole life. I’ve been a coach for many of my adult years. Often, people work with personal trainers to break through some sort of barrier, be it personal or physical. There is nothing I love more than helping people break through barriers.
Everyone is an athlete; some people just don’t know it.
I pride myself on my ability to create training plans personalized for anyone I work with, whether they’re training for a triathlon or the parents’ race at their kids ’ school. Through setbacks and struggles, we all need someone to push us, hold us accountable, and cheer us through the finish line.
I built Courtside Coaching on the premise that everyone needs someone to support them. You don’t need to be a world-class athlete to train like one. You just need the willingness to show up and a coach who sees the whole person, not just the workout.
I’d love to be that coach for you.
Let’s get to work.
My Training Philosophies
Fitness is for everyone
Strong minds build strong bodies
We strive for consistency over quick fixes
Rest is required
At Courtside Coaching, I believe fitness should be accessible, empowering, and sustainable for everyone.
My training philosophy is rooted in four core values: fitness is for everyone, strong minds build strong bodies, we strive for consistency over quick fixes, and rest is required. I create an environment where clients feel supported—not pressured—so they can build habits that last.
Whether we’re training in a park or working through a tough session, my focus is just as much on mindset as it is on movement. Because when you believe in yourself and show up with intention, real transformation follows, inside and out.
What I Teach
Functional Fitness
Confidence & Mindset
Athletic Fundamentals
Agility & Quickness
Progress Over Perfection
Recovery & Restoration
As a personal trainer, I focus on the skills that matter most—both in movement and in mindset. Every session is built around functional fitness and athletic fundamentals, helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for the long haul. We work on agility and quickness to improve how your body responds in real life, not just in workouts.
I emphasize progress over perfection and help you develop the confidence and mindset to keep going, even when it’s tough. Through proper recovery and restoration, we build habits that last, so you leave each session feeling capable, balanced, and ready for whatever life throws your way.
