Youth Sports Coach OS — Notion Template
Run your entire coaching program from one organized workspace. Rosters, practice plans, drills, game tracking, and parent contacts — all connected, all in one place.
The problem it solves
Most youth coaches are running their programs out of three different apps, a notes app, and memory. Practice plans live somewhere else. The roster is in a spreadsheet. Parent phone numbers are scattered across texts. Game notes never get written down.
This template puts everything in one place — and connects it all so a change in one spot updates everywhere else automatically.
What's included
Team rosters
Practice planner
Drill library
Game tracker
Parent contacts
Coach task board
Built for real coaching conditions
This template was built by a working youth coach in Vacaville, California — not a productivity designer. It's designed around the realities of coaching youth sports: mixed skill levels, limited equipment, short practice windows, and a lot of moving parts to manage between sessions.
This isn't a template that looks good in a screenshot. It's a tool I actually use on the sideline — built to save coaches the 10 to 15 hours it would take to build something like this from scratch.
